Información del producto
"Crusher Joe ARTWORKS (クラッシャージョウARTWORKS)" is the art book of Crusher Joe, Haruka Takachiho's space opera novel series illustrated by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko. It is published by Genkosha.
It collects the cover illustrations, the interior illustrations and even the pencil sketches that Yasuhiko drew for the series. Everything is printed in colour: the original single-colour illustrations, which until now had always been printed in black and white, are reproduced from scans of the originals, so the artist's linework can be fully appreciated.
The series began in 1977 with «Rentai Wakusei Pizan no Kiki» and turns 50 in 2027. It is set in the year 2111, when humanity already travels across the galaxy. Joe is a crusher, one of the professionals who take on the riskiest jobs, and he roams space aboard the ship Minerva with Alfin, former princess of the planet Pizan, the veteran Talos and young Ricky.
