Issue #3 is out now with a sparkly pink sports car and palms on the cover! Punk, neon noir, glam, and psychedelia are sources of inspiration in an era of frenzy for all things retro. We talk to Viktor Hachmang, who, like featured comic artists Irkus M. Zeberio and Simon Landrein, creates an ingenious and playful reinterpretation of past aesthetics. The Dutch illustrator is also a magnificent catalyser of the spirit of this issue which draws, on the one hand, from the classic “Clear Line” tradition, as is the case of Joost Swarte and Lars Fiske, and on the other, from the lifeblood of our selection of the most inspiring young talented artists under 30 year old. –

El tercer número de Minchō sale a la calle con un brillante deportivo rosa y palmeras en su portada! El punk, el neon noir, el glam, la psicodelia son fuente de inspiración en una época de furor por lo retro. Charlamos con Viktor Hachmang, quién, como los historietistas Irkus M. Zeberio y Simon Landrein, hace una ingeniosa y lúdica relectura de estéticas pasadas. Además, el ilustrador holandés es un magnífico catalizador del espíritu de este número que bebe, por un lado, de la tradición clásica de la “línea clara”, como es el caso de Joost Swarte y Lars Fiske, y, por otro, de la savia joven de nuestra selección de los artistas menores de 30 años más inspiradores.
